About the role
- Collaborating with business and product teams to successfully execute, maintain, and manage new client onboarding and internal projects
- Guiding clients through their journey from contract signature to successful rollout, serving as their trusted advisor
- Navigating client requirements and scope with confidence, transforming complex needs into actionable rollout plans including but not limited to: scope, process flows, requirements, stakeholder communication plans and project timelines
- Demonstrating ability to handle challenging situations and problem-solve with urgency when rollout roadblocks arise
- Serving as product Subject Matter Expert, guiding clients to best practice decisions
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and internal teams through proactive communication, managing stakeholder communication plan
- Proficiency in managing, coordinating and executing test plans
- Identifying opportunities to create and develop more efficient onboarding processes based on real-world rollout experiences
- Managing & mitigating risks across projects, proactively working to prevent scope and timeline creep
- Working cross-functionally with development teams, managing daily stand-ups to ensure timely onboarding
- Embracing shifting priorities and solving complex problems with confidence, leaning into challenges with a proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
- Proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce implementation timelines, collaborating internally to make these opportunities reality
- Proactively managing the system of project documentation, gathering details into clear program outcomes
- Taking ownership of outcomes and demonstrating accountability for program success
- Leveraging strong communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Communicating project statuses and program updates to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Business or related field
- 5+ years experience in project management, CAPM or PMP preferred
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Experience with MS Office suite and PM tools such as Smartsheet
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent time management and organization skills with ability to multitask
- Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Ability to lead teams and be decisive
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proven track record of Program Management.
