About the role
- Strategic Relationship Development: Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders.
- Capture Management & Proposal Leadership: Lead full lifecycle capture efforts and develop win strategies.
- B2B2G Strategy Execution: Develop and execute integrated B2B2G growth strategies.
- Market Intelligence & Product Feedback: Provide structured feedback on government mission needs.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to government regulations and manage risks.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor capture metrics and provide briefings to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- 5+ years of experience in government-focused business development, sales, or capture management.
- Demonstrated track record of securing and managing complex U.S. Government contracts.
- Experience engaging with DoD, IC, Space Force, SDA, DIU, or related defense agencies strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of U.S. Government procurement processes (FAR/DFARS, IDIQs, OTAs, BAAs, SBIR/STTR, etc.).
- Proficiency with CRM systems and proposal management tools.
- Experience managing cross-functional proposal teams.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational discipline and ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits.
