Key responsibilities & impact

Build proactive talent pipelines across Product, Engineering, Corporate, Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and other business functions
Conduct market mapping to identify target companies, talent pools, and competitive landscapes
Research talent markets, competitor companies and talent pools
Build market intelligence to enable recruiters and hiring leaders to find exceptional, high-performing talent; Surface market insights, competitive intelligence, and hiring trends to recruiting partners
Leverage data and market intel to develop strong opinions on top feeder companies, schools and candidate backgrounds
Support high-priority executive and hard-to-fill searches with deep research and talent intelligence

Requirements

What you’ll need

0–4 years of experience in a professional environment
Strong curiosity and ability to quickly understand new industries, functions, and talent markets
Excellent research skills with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with data and identifying patterns to improve sourcing strategies
Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft thoughtful outreach
Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously
Bias for action and willingness to iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment
Strong ability to think creatively about where exceptional candidates come from
Ability to learn new functions quickly and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly
Operates with urgency while maintaining a high quality bar
Enjoys partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to solve difficult hiring challenges
