Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build proactive talent pipelines across Product, Engineering, Corporate, Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and other business functions
  • Conduct market mapping to identify target companies, talent pools, and competitive landscapes
  • Research talent markets, competitor companies and talent pools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 0–4 years of experience in a professional environment
  • Strong curiosity and ability to quickly understand new industries, functions, and talent markets
  • Excellent research skills with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with data and identifying patterns to improve sourcing strategies
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft thoughtful outreach
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously
  • Bias for action and willingness to iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong ability to think creatively about where exceptional candidates come from
  • Ability to learn new functions quickly and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly
