Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute proactive global media strategies across business, retail, technology, and consumer outlets
Build and maintain relationships with key journalists and editors across outlets such as BoF, Bloomberg, WSJ, WWD, Vogue Business, and Modern Retail
Identify and develop story angles that highlight Quince’s manufacturer-to-consumer model, category expansion, and global growth
Draft and edit press materials including press releases, media briefs, executive commentary, and background documents
Prepare executives for interviews through briefing materials, talking points, and media training
Partner with cross-functional teams across product, merchandising, and growth to develop communications strategies for launches and milestones
Manage external PR agencies across international markets
Track and report media coverage and communications performance metrics
Help establish scalable communications systems and processes as Quince grows
Monitor the broader retail and consumer landscape to identify relevant media opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

6–10+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or media strategy
Experience working with consumer brands, retail platforms, or high-growth technology companies
Strong media relationships across business, retail, and consumer press
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Experience managing agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and compelling narratives
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneous
