About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain front-end and back-end applications;
Create customer service simulators using generative AI;
Implement integrations with OpenAI and Azure AI APIs and services;
Design conversational flows and processing logic;
Analyze latency, quality, and trustworthiness of AI-generated responses;
Develop mechanisms to generate insights and evaluate performance;
Model and manage SQL and vector databases;
Participate in defining the solution's architecture, scalability, and security;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of user experience and system efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Full Stack development (front-end and back-end);
Proficiency in JavaScript;
Experience with SQL databases;
Knowledge or experience with vector databases;
Experience with OpenAI tools and APIs;
Familiarity with Azure services related to AI;
Understanding of AI agents, including latency, reliability, credibility of responses, and prompt/flow optimization;
Preferred: Experience applying generative AI to customer service;
Preferred: Knowledge of autonomous agent architectures;
Preferred: Experience with analytics and performance dashboards;
Preferred: Experience in automation and customer experience projects;
Analytical and investigative mindset;
Strong problem-solving skills;
Organized and autonomous;
Comfortable working in innovative, fast-evolving environments;
Interest in new technologies and Artificial Intelligence.
