About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement) with consistency and intentionality
Coach teams on Agile and SAFe principles, continuously improving delivery practices and team accountability
Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog items are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for execution
Proactively identify and escalate risks and roadblocks before they impact delivery - owning resolution rather than waiting for direction
Track and surface team progress, risks, and impediments to stakeholders and leadership with transparency and regularity
Support PI Planning participation, including capacity input, dependency identification, and commitment tracking
Maintain accurate capacity data and flag resourcing constraints early to enable proactive planning decisions
Create and maintain project plans, sprint-level timelines, and status documentation in Confluence
Collaborate with team on Jira hygiene within your pod(s) - ensuring tickets are appropriately structured, updated, and reflective of actual work in flight
Manage complex cross-pod and cross-functional dependencies (particularly those where Core Framework work is a blocker or enabler for other product pods) ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Step into an active delivery environment quickly, establishing trust and cadence with an established team
Ensure cross-pod and cross-functional alignment, particularly where dependencies touch Finance, Engineering, or Portfolio Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role, preferably within a product-led or technology organization
CSM certification required; SAFe certification strongly preferred
PMP or equivalent project management background preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
Prior experience with technology or SaaS companies
