About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create reports on jobs held open past their scheduled date, follow up with inspectors, and provide answers and completion projections to account coordinators
  • Coach inspectors through overview calls, audit-question support, non-response follow-up, and non-urgent risk escalation assistance
  • Conduct welcome calls and assign and follow up on first jobs for new inspectors
  • Provide feedback to inspectors, including underutilized inspectors and new inspectors who have not accepted work
  • Collaborate with the Regional Scheduling Manager on bidding issues, audit acceptance, and scheduling
  • Advise on auditor suitability for large or coordinated audits
  • Conduct new inspector reviews and 30–60-day follow-up calls
  • Suggest certifications for inspectors and areas of need within the region
  • Update the Regional Operations Manager on inspectors requiring additional coaching
  • Report non-responsive inspectors to the Territory Manager
  • Support the Regional Operations Manager in ensuring adequate, quality audits and manageable Cost of Service rates
  • Recommend staffing levels for designated areas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma required
  • Previous experience in a field/inspector role
  • Familiarity with QuikTrak clients and guidelines
  • Experience with various QuikTrak clients
  • Familiarity with Revoquest or current QuikTrak software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm
  • Ability to travel by driving or flying as needed, sometimes on short notice
  • Flexibility to work outside standard 8–5 hours when needed
  • Professional demeanor
  • Ability to communicate effectively with middle and senior management, staff, customers, inspectors, and team members
  • Ability to coach and delegate appropriately
  • Ability to manage autonomy with accountability
  • Must be able to regularly travel throughout the region
  • Must be able to continuously sit, talk, and hear; frequently stand and perform repetitive hand/wrist motions; and regularly lift and carry up to 10 pounds
