Lead simultaneous projects and workstreams across integrated media for client campaigns, developing and managing timelines and budgets, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Establish, manage, and maintain solid relationships with clients through frequent communication and clear expectation-setting.
Anticipate and proactively address client needs, evaluating implications for strategy, execution, and overall business impact.
Manage development of project briefs.
Contribute a strategic point of view to help enhance creative ideas.
Review deliverables against briefs and client requests/revisions.
Seeks to make contributions beyond basic job requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Four years of agency experience in account management.
Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment, juggling multiple deliverables.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Knowledge of video production, digital, social, and the integrated campaign development process.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Strong creative instincts.
Creative thinker and excellent problem-solver who can resourcefully and constructively respond to new demands, priorities, challenges, or obstacles.
Business acumen and comfort discussing marketing and business needs that go beyond advertising.
Nice to Have: Category/industry knowledge.
