About the role
- Develop paid search and social strategies that detail campaign objectives, tactics, rationale, strategy, and budget allocation.
- Execute paid search and social campaigns across various media channels.
- Work closely with the Analytics team and internal stakeholders to develop performance reports.
- Lead client calls, instilling trust as a subject-matter expert.
- Optimize search and social campaigns week-over-week to meet client goals.
- Collaborate with team members across all departments.
- Manage relationships with search and social platform reps and third-party vendors.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in paid search and social marketing with a focus on e-commerce.
- Minimum 2 years of experience at a competitive marketing agency focused on performance marketing.
- Must have in-platform execution experience setting up campaigns and pulling levers in Meta and Google Ads (experience with TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn is a plus).
- Experience using Google Analytics for reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
