About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the development and tracking of category performance across sales, sell-through, margin, and inventory health.
  • Use regular performance reports and analysis to support business reviews for local and global stakeholders.
  • Support assortment and line plan planning by cluster and channel through structured data inputs and analysis.
  • Track key KPIs (sales, sell-through, margin, inventory health) and ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement and business growth.
  • Coordinate product GTM alignment across Brand, Trade, Sales, Planning, and Supply.
  • Identify opportunities across pricing, assortment, and category expansion.
  • Drive portfolio optimization and corrective action plans.
  • Develop strategic initiatives, SMUs, and business cases.
  • Support GTM planning through the preparation of product and sales performance inputs.
  • Lead alignments across RGM, Trade Marketing, Planning, Operations, and Brand teams by providing relevant data, reporting, and day-to-day business support.
  • Manage and maintain key selling tools, including but not limited to: Catalog, Showroom, Product Information, Product Copy, Sample Management, PMF (Product Master File), Connect (Image Portal).
  • Prepare materials and analysis for internal meetings and business reviews.
  • Act as a reliable analytical support partner to the Category & Product Manager and the broader team.
