About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Category Marketing Analyst supports the execution of regional category and commercial priorities across APAC and MEA, ensuring operational excellence across product management, go-to-market, and marketing processes.
  • The role partners with cross-functional teams to coordinate product launches, commercial initiatives, marketing deliverables, and business planning, ensuring consistent execution and alignment across the region.
  • Manage key marketing and business tools, trackers, and systems.
  • Coordinate catalog, showroom, PMF, and support sample processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and information flow across product, marketing, and commercial initiatives.
  • Support tracking of new launches, timelines, project milestones, and key deliverables.
  • Track product availability and arrivals with the Operations team to support calendar planning and execution.
  • Lead collaborations planning and execution cross-functionally between Global, IDM and market stakeholders.
  • Prepare materials, presentations, and analyses for internal meetings and business reviews.
  • Manage product and campaign asset libraries, including images, videos, product information, and commercial content, ensuring materials remain up to date and accessible. Cascade assets from Global to local partners.
  • Support distributors by coordinating delivery of marketing materials, product information, campaign assets, and execution guidelines.
  • Support the planning and execution of the regional marketing calendar, ensuring alignment between product launches, commercial priorities, and key activation moments.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in marketing, product marketing, merchandising, commercial marketing, or business operations.
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel).
  • Experience in reporting, analytics, category management, or commercial planning.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
