About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the execution of administrative routines for Diversity & Inclusion and Career & Development processes.
- Maintain controls, updates and organization of databases, spreadsheets and area metrics.
- Provide logistical support and coordinate trainings, workshops, meetings and corporate events.
- Support calendar management, invitations, attendance lists and participant follow-up for development activities.
- Assist in preparing presentations, communications and support materials for the area’s programs.
- Perform registrations, updates and tracking of information in internal HR systems.
- Support vendor management, contracts, payments and administrative processes related to the area’s programs.
- Organize and maintain files, documents and records for processes under the team’s responsibility.
- Provide operational support to development cycles and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Monitor schedules and support tracking of project deliverables for the area.
- Assist employees, managers and internal partners, answering questions and directing requests related to the area’s processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, ensuring organization, data quality and timely delivery.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse audiences.
- Interest in people development, career, organizational culture, diversity and inclusion topics.
- Preferred:
- Knowledge of SAP
- Intermediate English
