About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead media strategy, ensuring a balanced approach between brand building, performance and conversion.
  • Manage the media budget with a focus on efficiency, reach, frequency, brand impact and return on investment (ROI).
  • Define budget allocation criteria by campaign, channel, market, objective and funnel stage.
  • Lead strategic relationships with the media agency, creative agency and digital partners.
  • Ensure governance of contracts, fees, SLAs, deliverables, performance and the quality of agency recommendations.
  • Map and optimize the consumer journey across the brand’s primary touchpoints.
  • Ensure a consistent experience across media, social, e-commerce, CRM, retail media, app, stores and campaigns.
  • Work with e-commerce, CRM, trade, product and campaign teams to turn consumer insights into practical improvements.
  • Ensure campaigns and activations are connected to a clear, seamless and measurable customer journey.
  • Lead the performance media, growth and measurement agenda.
  • Define KPIs by objective: consideration, traffic, conversion, sell-out, engagement, retention and efficiency.
  • Build executive dashboards to monitor media, campaign and channel performance.
  • Ensure post-campaign analyses with actionable learnings.
  • Evolve attribution and measurement models and the interpretation of impact across media, e-commerce and commercial channels.
  • Lead strategy for retail media, social commerce, live commerce and creator commerce.
  • Ensure integration between paid media, digital channels, e-commerce and retail partners.
  • Work with commercial and trade teams to maximize conversion in priority channels.
  • Develop specific plans for key sales moments, launches, seasonality and regional campaigns.
  • Implement processes, rituals and governance for media, agency, budget and performance management.
  • Ensure operational discipline in timelines, approvals, briefings, reports and deliverables.
  • Lead the continuous improvement agenda for the marketing operation.
  • Serve as the focal point between Marketing, Product, Trade, Commercial, E-commerce, Finance, Legal, Procurement and agencies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (completed).
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Marketing or Business Management.
  • Experience managing performance media.
  • Experience in consumer goods, retail, fashion, lifestyle or LATAM operations is a plus.
  • Strong experience managing agencies and large budgets, with influencing skills and executive communication ability.
