Executive Manager – Global Revenue Growth Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the global RGM strategy, defining portfolio architecture and pricing guidelines for innovations, integrating market data (Nielsen, Circana, among others), willingness-to-pay analyses, and P&L construction to guide positioning, value capture, and sustainable revenue and margin expansion;
- Drive pricing strategy and execution across markets, channels, and customers, including designing price ladders, defining and monitoring price vs. competition indices, modeling elasticities, and leading repricing cycles—ensuring balance between competitiveness, volume growth and profitability capture, and identifying structural opportunities such as tax optimization and channel-specific margin improvements;
- Manage and optimize commercial investments (gross-to-net), establishing governance for on-/off-invoice discounts, evaluating promotion efficiency and ROI, reviewing allocations across customers and channels, and ensuring consistency between the RGM strategy, commercial policies and point-of-sale execution;
- Develop and scale RGM capability by deploying the Global RGM Framework into a structured roadmap of initiatives, driving technical and commercial development of the team and stakeholders, accelerating the digitalization and analytics agenda, and evolving the function toward an increasingly data-driven, integrated, and value-oriented model;
- Lead high-impact strategic projects, including designing and implementing commercial policies, deploying analytical and global RGM governance tools, leading pricing workstreams related to Tax Reform, and ensuring consistent rollout of the global RGM framework across business units;
- Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, supporting decision-making on critical revenue and profitability topics through robust analyses (such as performance vs. budget tracking and scenario simulations), connecting financial rigor with commercial perspective and influencing stakeholders in complex and ambiguous environments;
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in RGM, Pricing, Commercial Finance or Strategy, with at least 5 years in people leadership roles;
- Experience in global or multi-market environments;
- Proven track record in Pricing Strategy, Management of Commercial Investments and Portfolio & Margin Optimization;
- Experience in consumer goods, fashion, or related segments is highly desirable;
- Strong command of RGM frameworks and elasticity models; RGM levers (price; mix; promotion; gross-to-net); financial modeling and P&L management;
- Experience with analytical tools (BI, pricing tools) is a plus;
- Clear and concise communication, able to translate complex analyses into actionable narratives;
- Strong ability to influence decisions at the C-level;
- Fluent in English;
