About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage short- and medium-term planning for indirect channels, cascading the strategy across customers and regions;
Define the rationale for distributing sales targets by region and zone, taking product segmentation by channel into account;
Coordinate collaborative planning (CPFR) and automatic replenishment with a focus on reducing stockouts and optimizing inventory levels;
Monitor key performance indicators (orders, revenue, inventory and stockouts), identifying deviations and business opportunities;
Develop dashboards and structure data to integrate Supply, Commercial and Trade areas, generating insights to support decision-making;
Analyze variances between planned and actual results, proposing and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
Background in Commercial Planning, Sales, Market Intelligence or Supply Chain;
Experience managing indirect channels (Distributors and Wholesale) is considered a significant advantage;
Advanced MS Office skills, with strong emphasis on Excel (data modeling and complex formulas);
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (desirable).
