About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and review LTIP (Long-Term Incentive Plan) programs (e.g., RSUs, Performance Shares and Matching).
  • Ensure compliance with Brazilian laws (tax, labor, corporate and regulatory).
  • Support approval processes with the Board of Directors and the People/Remuneration Committee.
  • Manage plan policies, regulations and documentation.
  • Monitor budget, provisions, expenses and the impact on the company's financial results.
  • Manage vesting and settlement cycles.
  • Liaise with financial institutions, share custodians and external vendors.
  • Ensure data accuracy, internal controls and operational processes.
  • Develop communication materials for executives and plan participants.
  • Support HR Business Partners and leadership in understanding the LTIP.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working in publicly-traded companies, with active participation in the design, structuring and review of Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIPs), considering the specificities of the Brazilian regulatory, tax and market context.
  • Proven experience across the full LTIP lifecycle in Brazilian companies, from plan conception, governance approvals, grant, performance monitoring and vesting, to payment and plan closure, ensuring compliance, consistency and strategic alignment.
  • Fluent English
