About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as SAP Sales & Distribution / Order-to-Cash Solutions Architect / Tech Lead, serving as the functional bridge between business stakeholders (Supply Chain, Logistics, and Commercial) and our technical technology scope
Translate business requirements into technically viable solutions that are sustainable and aligned with the strategic technology and business vision
Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, LES, PP, QM, FI, CO, Tax) to ensure end-to-end integration of business processes
Lead projects and continuous improvement initiatives, managing and reporting each phase (scope, technical specification, development, rollout and hypercare), using Agile or Waterfall methodologies
Perform technical and functional responsibilities, including hands-on configuration (SPRO) and developments at the SD/OTC boundary (sales order types, customer credit management, pricing, Brazil tax localization, shipping/dispatch, billing and accounting/posting)
Drive and specify integrations between SAP SD/OTC and legacy applications, such as sales/digital channel platforms (Shopify, Salesforce), especially in the DTC/eCommerce segment
Contribute to identifying opportunities for simplification across the technology landscape and business processes
Support the technical governance of the Tech Supply architecture, following best practices and standards established in Alpargatas’ technology policy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA in SD/OTC (Sales and Distribution / Order-to-Cash) modules, including strong expertise in tax localization
Experience in project management (Product Owner or Product Manager) for medium and large-scale initiatives
Experience with DTC/eCommerce integrations (platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce) and integration/bus models such as SAP PI, SAP BTP, Azure, APIs or equivalents
General knowledge of Supply Chain processes
Knowledge of DTC/eCommerce order management processes and their lifecycle
Experience with SAP AFS or the Fashion vertical is a plus
Advanced English for global interactions
