About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support for the promotional calendar (anniversaries, Black Friday, Summer, Carnival, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Year-end, collection change).
Management of display rollouts/activations; effectiveness analyses and ROI.
Alignment with the Execution team for POS material (MPDV) rollouts.
Joint Business Plan (JBP): updating and tracking results, data and performance trends.
Management of POS materials (MPDV): creation and deployment — working with visibility and execution teams and identifying in-store opportunities. In-store checks of POS materials and exchanges.
Budget management and monitoring of supporting documentation.
Interface with Execution, Sales, Marketing and Visibility teams.
Commercial meeting routines, including preparation of one-pagers and management of off-assortment items.
Field routines for competitor monitoring, improvement actions and opportunity identification.
Management of trade logistics operator and trade budget.
Management of promotional gifts, deliveries and inventory.
Performance analyses/insights for key customers (Scanntech/Nielsen/Mtrix/Neogrid).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
Experience in Trade Marketing (preferably in direct food retail).
Knowledge of KPI management and data analysis tools.
Ability to prepare Joint Business Plans (JBP/JBP’s).
Strong analytical skills to turn data into strategic opportunities.
PowerPoint creation and advanced Excel skills.
Ability to interact with teams and build positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
Good communication and a positive attitude.
Organization and analytical capability.
Sense of urgency.
