Business and Franchise Consultant II
Quiero AlpargatasServe as the focal point between the franchisor and franchisees, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence. Monitor unit performance, support commercial initiatives and lead projects to promote continuous improvement across the franchise channel.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary liaison between the franchisor and franchisees, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.
- Monitor the performance of units in your portfolio, identify opportunities, and guide action plans to boost results.
- Support franchisees in executing commercial strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure operational standardization and the dissemination of best practices to maintain consistency of the business model.
- Analyze financial indicators (income statement/DRE and cash flow) to support decision-making and business sustainability.
- Serve as a trainer and knowledge multiplier, developing store teams and strengthening a high-performance culture.
- Lead projects in partnership with areas such as Sales, Marketing, IT and Operations to drive continuous improvements within the franchise channel.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience with franchises, retail or indirect sales channels.
- Previous experience with e-commerce or marketplaces is a differentiator.
- Experience managing the performance of units or accounts.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of financial analysis (income statement/DRE and cash flow).
- Familiarity with sales and performance indicators/KPIs.
