About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the growth of Havaianas’ brand equity globally in its key markets through strategic plans that ensure the three dimensions of an iconic and healthy global brand
  • Define, orchestrate and ensure the strategic consistency of the brand at global scale, making sure its vision, positioning and expression are coherent across all markets and touchpoints
  • Act as guardian of the global brand fundamentals, developing and evolving strategic assets — such as the brand book, positioning, visual guidelines and social media guidelines — that guide regional teams and ensure excellence in global execution
  • Lead the brand’s major annual global campaign, aligning it with corporate strategic pillars, growth priorities and the needs of key markets, applying creative management, narrative coherence and maximizing the brand’s resonance globally
  • Lead 360º launches connected to the innovation pipeline, ensuring each launch conveys the brand spirit and delivers competitive differentiation
  • Define and drive the global sustainability strategy
  • Lead global brand governance, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and reinforcing the building of brand equity in the short and long term

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree (Bachelor’s degree) completed
  • Experience in environments focused on building global brands
  • Preferred: training or qualifications that strengthen brand-building skills in today’s fast-changing relationships between brands and consumers, especially in digital
  • Fluent English
