About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for managing and providing user support for the Coupa system
Act as the focal point for Coupa user support, ensuring correct usage and timely resolution of issues
Manage and monitor procurement KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and proposing actions for continuous improvement
Lead or support improvement and innovation projects, including automation, digitization, and implementation of best practices
Ensure data governance and data quality in procurement systems, proposing adjustments and enhancements
Analyze data and generate strategic insights to support decision-making, using BI tools and advanced reports
Conduct trainings and workshops for internal users to promote engagement and process efficiency
Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to ensure alignment in processes and projects
Ensure excellence in procurement data and process management, promoting innovation, efficiency and user support, with a focus on quality, governance and strategic insight generation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Engineering or related fields
Experience with e-procurement platforms, preferably Coupa
Intermediate Excel skills
Experience in KPI management and data analysis, including dashboards and reporting
Knowledge of procurement processes and strategic sourcing
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is desirable
Experience in process automation and systems integration is a plus
Previous involvement in digital transformation projects within procurement is a plus
Intermediate English is desirable for interaction with global teams
