Trade Execution Analyst – Junior
Quiero AlpargatasTrade Execution Analyst for Havaianas, ensuring merchandising strategies at retail points while promoting brand consistency and consumer experience.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the correct execution of Trade Marketing strategies in the channels under your responsibility.
- Monitor product display standards, planograms, shelf share and merchandising materials.
- Ensure implementation of seasonal campaigns, new product launches and promotional activities.
- Conduct field execution audits and propose corrective action plans.
- Lead, develop and supervise the work of supervisors and third-party promoters.
- Define visit routes, visit priorities and store coverage.
- Track team productivity, performance and individual KPIs.
- Deliver technical training and training on Alpargatas' Perfect Store program.
- Monitor indicators such as: stockouts, sell-out, execution coverage, exposure share, presence of priority product mix.
- Build action plans based on field data, BI and S3.
- Act as a liaison between Trade, Sales, Marketing and Customers.
- Support negotiations focused on visibility and differentiated execution.
- Organize and lead weekly planning meetings (RPS).
- Manage merchandising materials and in-store assets.
- Ensure implementation and visibility of Company materials.
- Monitor ROI of in-store activities.
- Map competitor activities in the field.
- Report opportunities to improve execution and visibility.
- Provide shopper insights and in-store dynamics.
- Support the creation of regional promotional calendars.
- Participate in the tactical rollout of Head Office strategies to the field.
- Adjust strategies according to regional and channel realities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or related fields.
- Experience in Trade Marketing, Commercial Execution or Market Intelligence.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze KPIs, manage projects and execute at the point of sale (POS).
- Strong communication skills, strategic mindset and ability to influence.
- Comfortable with public speaking.
- Willingness to travel.
- Valid Category B driver's license.
