About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the focal point between the franchisor and franchisees, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence;
Monitor the performance of the units in your portfolio, identifying opportunities and directing action plans to boost results;
Support franchisees in implementing commercial strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives;
Ensure operational standardization and the dissemination of best practices, maintaining consistency of the business model;
Analyze financial indicators (income statement — DRE — and cash flow), supporting decision-making and business sustainability;
Act as a training multiplier, developing store teams and reinforcing a high-performance culture;
Lead projects in partnership with areas such as Commercial, Marketing, IT and Operations, driving continuous improvements in the franchise channel.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields;
Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus;
Experience with franchises, retail, or indirect channels;
Previous experience with e-commerce or marketplaces is a plus;
Experience managing performance of units or accounts;
Advanced Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint);
Knowledge of financial analysis (income statement/DRE and cash flow);
Familiarity with sales and performance metrics.
