About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the focal point between the franchisor and franchisees, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.
Monitor the performance of units within your portfolio, identifying opportunities and directing action plans to boost results.
Support franchisees in executing commercial strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
Ensure operational standardization and the dissemination of best practices, guaranteeing consistency of the business model.
Analyze financial indicators (income statement and cash flow), supporting decision-making and business sustainability.
Act as a training multiplier, developing store teams and strengthening a high-performance culture.
Lead projects in partnership with areas such as Commercial, Marketing, IT and Operations, promoting continuous improvements in the franchise channel.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields.
Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.
Experience with franchising, retail, or indirect channels.
Previous experience with e-commerce or marketplaces is a plus.
Experience managing performance of units or accounts.
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
Knowledge of financial analysis (income statement and cash flow).
Familiarity with sales and performance KPIs.
Willingness to travel.
