About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage pricing routes for Havaianas sales channels across Brazil and Latin America, supporting the BU team with analyses (pricing, margins, taxes), price monitoring (sell-in and sell-out), execution of commercial policies, and other activities;
Define and monitor commercial policies by channel/region, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and adherence to business needs;
Conduct pricing studies and price adjustments using internal and external data and advanced analytical models;
Collaborate with the BU team to identify opportunities and perform ad hoc analyses related to negotiations, discounts, margins/mark-ups, and mix improvements (products and customers);
Prepare periodic performance reports including insights on average price, price/mix effect, Gross-to-Net tracking, supporting decisions of the RGM Execution Manager Brazil;
Develop strategy for discontinued and phase-out products, recommending discount policies and maximizing contribution margin;
Improve RGM tools and processes, proactively seeking enhancements and aligning with global best practices;
Act as the RGM Execution focal point for BU Latam teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance or related fields;
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI;
Experience working with market data (Nielsen, Scanntech, M-trix, Neogrid);
Experience in commercial policy projects and implementation of pricing tools will be considered a differential;
Strong knowledge of pricing strategies for consumer goods, competitive analysis and price elasticity;
Good negotiation and communication skills;
Advanced English will be considered a plus.
