About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of positions and levels, including aligning the candidate profile with the hiring manager through to the pre-employment stage;
- Manage the entire recruitment funnel, proactively sourcing the best candidates;
- Use data to measure the health of hiring funnels and make decisions based on those metrics;
- Act in a consultative and influential manner to guide accurate hiring decisions and attract top talent;
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to understand their challenges and needs;
- Lead strategic talent attraction and selection projects to drive continuous improvement and innovation in the area.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (completed);
- Strong communication and collaborative skills;
- Strong analytical ability to work with data and create reports;
- Experience handling a high volume of vacancies;
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
- Experience conducting end-to-end recruitment processes;
- Prior experience with tools such as Gupy and LinkedIn Recruiter.
