About the role

  • Responsible for managing customer relationships within the assigned area/channel for Alpargatas products;
  • Monitor and analyze commercial indicators (sell-in, sell-through, sell-out, product availability, execution and visibility) and product sales performance, conducting commercial planning, field visits and implementing the Trade cycle;
  • Strong focus on follow-up and execution with customers from the Wholesale/Distributor channel and their end clients;
  • Plan weekly/monthly visiting routines and routes to Alpargatas customers and the end customers of the Wholesale/Distributor;
  • Conduct commercial planning with the clients under your management;
  • Enter and monitor orders placed by customers;
  • Conduct competitor research, trend and market behavior analysis, track product sales performance, propose creative solutions to improve results and strengthen customer relationships;
  • Capture insights using market monitoring tools (Accera / Mtrix / Neogrid / Scanntech).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Experience in consumer goods companies is a plus;
  • Availability for travel and regular customer visits;
  • Driver's license (category B) and ability to drive;
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI or equivalents);
  • Experience with market monitoring tools (Accera / Mtrix / Neogrid / Scanntech, among others).
