About the role
- Responsible for managing customer relationships within the assigned area/channel for Alpargatas products;
- Monitor and analyze commercial indicators (sell-in, sell-through, sell-out, product availability, execution and visibility) and product sales performance, conducting commercial planning, field visits and implementing the Trade cycle;
- Strong focus on follow-up and execution with customers from the Wholesale/Distributor channel and their end clients;
- Plan weekly/monthly visiting routines and routes to Alpargatas customers and the end customers of the Wholesale/Distributor;
- Conduct commercial planning with the clients under your management;
- Enter and monitor orders placed by customers;
- Conduct competitor research, trend and market behavior analysis, track product sales performance, propose creative solutions to improve results and strengthen customer relationships;
- Capture insights using market monitoring tools (Accera / Mtrix / Neogrid / Scanntech).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Experience in consumer goods companies is a plus;
- Availability for travel and regular customer visits;
- Driver's license (category B) and ability to drive;
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI or equivalents);
- Experience with market monitoring tools (Accera / Mtrix / Neogrid / Scanntech, among others).
