About the role

  • End-to-end management of import shipments for various products (raw materials / chemical products / finished goods) and different Incoterms;
  • Follow up with logistics partners (shipping lines / freight forwarders / terminals / customs brokers / customs-bonded and retro-port warehouses) to ensure the SLAs contracted with each link in the chain;
  • Work to ensure shipments occur within the required timelines through KPIs and continuous contact with internal interface areas, logistics partners and exporters;
  • Verify and record all operational expenses related to the import process in the system, ensuring suppliers are paid on time and all costs are allocated to the process;
  • Review import documentation to ensure the process complies with Customs Regulation requirements;
  • Manage the sending of import documentation to customs brokers (Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, cubic volume (CBM) calculation and space reservation);
  • Follow established routines with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Advantage: Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SAP and OSGT systems, Power BI
  • Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade / Business Administration with Foreign Trade / International Relations and/or related fields
