About the role
- Contribute to the Shared Services Center (CSC) being recognized for excellence in service delivery and for providing a positive experience to the business areas served;
- Perform accounts receivable routines, monitor collections and process the posting of received credits, ensuring correct composition aligned with the client;
- Support identification of received credits, maintaining relationships with internal and external customers;
- Assist with financial reconciliations, update system information and control the customer aging report;
- Contribute to daily and monthly closings by providing structured data and supporting the generation of KPIs (DSO, PRM);
- Collaborate to reduce outstanding items, follow up on commercial agreements and verify the liquidity of the customer portfolio;
- Prepare management reports and area indicators, supporting internal and external audits;
- Identify and propose solutions for operational issues in the accounts receivable routine, providing support to the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required;
- Previous experience in accounts receivable/finance required;
- Experience with SAP ERP is a plus;
- Experience reconciling credit card receivables.
