About the role
- Manage the customer order cycle, ensuring updates, accuracy and smooth flow of the order portfolio.
- Proactive communication with Sales, Logistics, Credit, Planning and other departments.
- Develop relationships with customers to raise the level of service.
- Participate in and lead weekly meetings with Sales and Supply.
- Monitor KPIs such as Fill Rate, OTD, OCT and stockouts.
- Identify deviations and support the definition of corrective actions.
- Support process analyses and propose continuous improvements.
- Support the creation of dashboards and KPI reports (Power BI / Excel).
- Participate in projects related to Customer Service, Logistics and Supply Chain.
- Monitor reverse flow (cancellations, returns and re-deliveries).
- Ensure adherence to OTC (Order to Cash) processes.
- Experience managing an order portfolio and servicing customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related fields.
- Experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Experience managing order portfolios and servicing customers such as Atacadão, Assaí, Americanas, Carrefour.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar systems.
- Advanced Excel.
