About the role
- Coordinate and/or conduct internal investigations related to the Whistleblowing Channel, especially potential violations of the Code of Conduct or internal policies, ensuring confidentiality and appropriate handling;
- Monitor and report Compliance metrics, proposing continuous improvements based on data and KPIs;
- Track regulatory trends and national and international best practices in Compliance investigations, integrity, and ESG, recommending actions aligned with the company’s strategy;
- Provide support to business areas with technical guidance and formal opinions on Compliance matters, reinforcing an ethical decision-making culture;
- Perform analysis and approval of third‑party due diligence, including commercial partners, suppliers, and distributors;
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or Psychology.
- Proven experience in Compliance.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation: Brazilian Anti‑Corruption Law (Law No. 12,846/2013), FCPA, UK Bribery Act, LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law), among others.
- Experience with internal investigations and third‑party due diligence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent English required (reading, writing, and speaking) — interaction with global stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving orientation.
