About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Grow sales and achieve commercial targets within your territory.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with laboratories, healthcare institutions and key decision-makers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and implement tailored action plans for each client and prospect.
  • Position yourself as a preferred contact for strategic and operational decision-makers to strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Actively participate in preparing and responding to public and private tenders.
  • Analyze sales performance, monitor results and propose improvement actions.
  • Ensure customer data is kept up to date and deliver sales reporting within required deadlines.
  • Implement the marketing activities and commercial development plans defined by the company.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Technical Support, Customer Service and Sales Administration teams to provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality requirements, and safety and confidentiality regulations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A higher education degree in business, engineering, life sciences or an equivalent field.
  • 1 to 5 years of sales experience, ideally in diagnostics, medical devices, life sciences or with complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, persuade and influence stakeholders.
  • Initiative, a strong customer focus and a results-driven mindset.
  • A strong team spirit and the ability to work independently.
  • A level of English that enables you to communicate in an international environment.
