About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintaining, modifying, upgrading, repairing & installing equipment (hardware & software) for QuidelOrtho.
Schedule workload, modifications and maintenance visits within territory to minimize system down time and maintain high level of customer satisfaction, and the KPI’s set by service contracts.
Meeting all designated Customer Excellence goals, supporting customer retention results.
Responding to customer requests for service support and schedules together with the Field Service Supervisor / Service Manager.
Training of customers on their maintenance responsibilities for QuidelOrtho equipment.
Adhering to all governmental regulations/requirements as well as our own internal Compliance and Quality System.
Following QuidelOrtho complaint handling procedures relative to complaint identification, documentation, resolution, and escalation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Academic or Professional Qualifications in Electronics, Electromechanics or equivalent experience.
Experience in Medical Devices Industry, with a knowledge of hospital networks is preferred.
Experience in IVDR environment is preferred.
A self-motivated team player.
Interacts appropriately with peers, sales counterparts and customers.
The ability to effectively manage assigned workload within allotted time constraints is essential.
Must maintain technical ability across a wide range of disciplines.
A full driver’s license is essential.
Fluent in English.
Fluent with Office 365 software.
