About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver high quality instrumentation training to Field Service Engineers or customer biomedical engineers
Responsible for maintenance, repair, and modification of FE training equipment
Assist in the development of training content for new and existing products
Responsible for coordinating and managing classroom inventories and supplies
Maximize training outcomes by providing coaching and conducting follow-up activities
Participate on cross-functional teams and projects
Build and maintain sound working relationships with sales and service management
Perform ride-along activities with Field Engineers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of an Associate's degree (Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering preferred) or equivalent 2 years experience
5+ years of experience with troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex electrotechnical systems
Demonstrated experience delivering technical training (in-person and/or virtual)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to travel up to 75% domestic and/or international
