About the role

  • Processing payroll for employees across multiple countries in the EMEA region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments and withholdings, and compliance with local tax and social security laws.
  • Participating in the calculation of salaries, overtime, bonuses and other compensation elements in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Collaborating with HR Ops, Shared Services and Finance teams to ensure accurate payments.
  • Keeping up to date with payroll legislation, tax regulations and social security requirements across EMEA countries.
  • Preparing and submitting payroll reports and any required documentation to local authorities, where applicable.

Requirements

  • Experience processing payroll across the EMEA region
  • Essential experience with French payroll, either in-house or via an external provider
  • Fluency in English and French required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
  • Demonstrated ability to produce and analyze complex reports and data
  • Willingness to learn new tools and develop new skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with rigor and discretion
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a proven ability to work effectively within a global and remote team
  • Knowledge of one or more major payroll / HRIS systems is a plus
