About the role
- Responsible to manage all the logistic & transport aspects from order entry (affiliates markets) or order receipt by Customer Service (direct & distributors markets) to final delivery of products to customers
- Responds to order enquiries, advises any potential delays / impact in timely manner and address resolution with relevant key stakeholders.
- Acts as primary interface between Customer Service and Supply Chain / Ortho organization as it comes to deliver orders to customers.
- Monitors the orders (and especially the aging orders) to ensure allocated orders are transmitted to the warehouse and that validated orders at 3PL are shipped (potential scrap mitigation)
- Manages customer non - products related complaints and champion resolution.
- Executes product return and credit note as well as ensure that all procedures and working instruction are kept up to date.
Requirements
- Bachelor to Master degree – specialized in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or Transport
- At least 1 year+ of relevant experience in Logistic, Distribution, Transport with good understanding of pan - European logistic organization.
- Customer-orientated.
- Organization: well organized, good sense of priorities & multi - tasking.
- Teamwork: able to work in a team, including remote colleagues.
- Communication: excellent verbal & written communication skills (including soft skills).
- Good understanding of export & customs regulations.
- Committed & flexible.
- Languages: Fluency in English.
- Computer literate and working knowledge of software such as Word and Excel, ERP knowledge.
