About the role

  • Report into the Global Indirect Procurement Manager
  • Support global strategic procurement initiatives for indirect categories in professional services
  • Build working relationships with internal stakeholders including HR, IT, Legal, Finance, R&D and Operations
  • Analyze spend and market data to initiate creative ideas in cost savings for assigned categories
  • Manage contract redlining, SLA development, and performance metrics establishment
  • Perform sourcing activities including RFI/RFP/RFQ processes
  • Develop supplier relationships and manage supplier business reviews together with key stakeholders
  • Assist business partners with procurement processes such as NDA's, sourcing, and purchase order execution
  • Support tail spend reduction initiatives utilizing AI-powered analytics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (e.g. Business, Supply Chain, Procurement related field)
  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry experience preferred
  • Experience in procurement or equivalent in a supplier facing role is essential; Preferably in Professional Services
  • Experienced in managing internal stakeholder relationships, global supplier management and cross-functional stakeholder management
  • Strong knowledge in Ariba, Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, SAP.
  • Understanding spend data and categorization.
