Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years building products in payments, crypto, fintech, or B2B tech.
  • You've owned an API or developer platform as a product, not just run tickets for one.
  • You get that your customers are developers, and you design for them.
  • You make calls with data: adoption, feedback, experiments.
  • Gut helps. Numbers decide.
  • You run tight agile teams and keep delivery smooth when priorities shift. And they will.
  • You play well with Engineering, Commercial, Legal, and partners.
  • You turn "what the customer needs" into "what we ship."
  • You know your way around custody, liquidity, stablecoins, or on/off ramps. (nice to have)
  • You're comfortable with compliance, risk, or regulatory frameworks in payments or crypto. (nice to have)
  • You've built for African, LATAM, or Asian markets. (nice to have)
