By working with us, we will help you find companies where you can make an impact, be a part of their team for the long term, and join the QuickTeam family :). 💼 Work Details: Full-Time | 30 to 40 Hours/Week Remote / Work-from-Home U.S. Time Zone (Night Shift) Salary: $5 to $6/hour, commensurate with experience Philippine Registered Nurses (RNs) highly preferred 📌 What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat Explain our services to new patients, ensuring they understand how our systems work and what to expect Assist healthcare professionals by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating follow-up care Collaborate with medical billing teams to ensure accurate coding and billing Handle confidential medical information in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations Handle other general administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Philippine Registered Nurses (RNs) highly preferred Proven experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant Strong knowledge of U.S. EMR/EHR systems Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken Ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote setup Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
