Requirements

What you’ll need

6–10 years of experience building and operating backend or distributed systems in high-scale production environments
Strong proficiency in Go
Deep experience designing and operating distributed systems, databases, and streaming architectures
Proven track record of delivering scalable, reliable systems
Experience working with Web3, blockchain infrastructure, or high-throughput API platforms
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
