About the role
- Own the go-to-market playbook and revenue strategy for QuickNode’s Marketplace; drive partner-sourced pipeline, attach rates, and Marketplace revenue contribution.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage high-value add-on partners across categories (DeFi tools, wallet APIs, analytics, MEV protection, AI features).
- Design and deliver enablement content—product sheets, playbooks, and training—for Sales and Customer Success to effectively position and bundle Marketplace add-ons.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Product Marketing to craft and launch joint GTM campaigns showcasing add-ons, bundles, and tiered pricing.
- Align closely with Sales segments (Web3, Web2, and Self-Service) to embed Marketplace offerings in strategic customer conversations.
- Track and analyze Marketplace metrics: partner onboarding velocity, attach rate, usage by developer segments, bundle adoption, and contribution to revenue.
- Act as lead liaison for partners, ensuring mutual success through clear KPIs, timely onboarding, and effective go-live coordination.
- Drive Marketplace monetization and adoption, own revenue contribution, and enable Sales teams to position add-ons within enterprise and channel motions.
Requirements
- 7–10 years in channel partnerships, sales enablement, or ecosystem growth, with direct experience building and monetizing technological marketplaces or platform add-on ecosystems.
- Proven track record in Web3 or SaaS environments—especially with developer tools, API marketplaces, or platform extensions.
- Strong business development skills, experience negotiating partner agreements, and executing co-selling or co-marketing motions.
- Deep familiarity with Web3 developer workflows—add-ons like JSON‑RPC, REST, external services, and bundled tool offerings.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and ability to align Sales, Marketing, and Product.
- Data-driven mindset with experience implementing growth and performance metrics for Marketplace or partner programs.
- Superb communication and presentation skills — capable of influencing internal stakeholders and high-value external partners.
