About the role
- Deliver varied and complex consultancy engagements focused on product data management for automotive, aerospace, robotics and green energy clients.
- Conduct diagnostics to develop deep insight into people, process, systems and data; produce diagnostics and reporting.
- Scale diagnostics into larger hands-on, cross-functional deployments blending analytics, reporting, project management and software implementation.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, including C-suite stakeholders; act as a trusted and knowledgeable advisor.
- Shape solutions, propose project plans and coordinate cross-functional and cross-business resources to deliver desired outcomes.
- Support deployments and development of technical/software tools and solutions.
- Work with senior consultants to shape the future strategy of the Consultancy division through internal improvement initiatives.
- Travel to client sites as required and attend monthly Friday workshops at the London office to review projects and connect with the team.
Requirements
- A first-class or high 2:1 bachelor’s degree, master's degree or PhD in any discipline (it doesn’t need to be STEM).
- Strong project and people management skills, and the drive to take on responsibility.
- Strong communication skills, accompanied by self-awareness and emotional intelligence; enjoyment in helping people.
- Strong data skills – ability to make sense of complexity and present compelling data-driven stories and solutions that resonate with stakeholders.
- Confidence and resilience to learn from mistakes and persevere when things go wrong.
- Genuine curiosity and drive to be the best, make a difference and drive change for people and planet.
- Willingness to travel and spend time on-site with clients.
- Open to applicants with all levels of experience (including recent graduates, returners to work, and career changers).
