About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end management of Intellectual Property Management Systems (IPMS) implementation projects within scope, time, and budget
Develop project plans covering schedules, resource allocation, and milestones
Define project objectives, deliverables, and KPIs with stakeholders
Maintain client relationships and communicate project status, risks, and adjustments
Manage client expectations and resolve issues proactively
Coordinate integration services, software developers, business analysts, and intellectual property specialists
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Coordinate end-user training sessions
Oversee transition to support and post-implementation care
Update senior management and stakeholders on project status, milestones, and challenges
Maintain complete, accurate, and organized project documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in Project Management
Proven experience managing end-to-end implementations in a software or technology environment
Excellent understanding of project management methods, best practices, and techniques
Experience with change management processes, especially in large-scale organizational transformations
Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Asana preferred
Experience managing Intellectual Property Management Software or similar enterprise software implementations would be a plus
PMP or similar project management certifications preferred
Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact diplomatically with law firm and corporate personnel at all levels
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Understanding of software architecture and technical infrastructure
Ability to identify problems early, analyze them, and implement effective solutions
Ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and make decisions under pressure
Strong client service orientation
Fluency in English is essential
Fluency in a second European language would be a strong asset
