About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end management of Intellectual Property Management Systems (IPMS) implementation projects within scope, time, and budget
  • Develop project plans covering schedules, resource allocation, and milestones
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, and KPIs with stakeholders
  • Maintain client relationships and communicate project status, risks, and adjustments
  • Manage client expectations and resolve issues proactively
  • Coordinate integration services, software developers, business analysts, and intellectual property specialists
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate end-user training sessions
  • Oversee transition to support and post-implementation care
  • Update senior management and stakeholders on project status, milestones, and challenges
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and organized project documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end implementations in a software or technology environment
  • Excellent understanding of project management methods, best practices, and techniques
  • Experience with change management processes, especially in large-scale organizational transformations
  • Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Asana preferred
  • Experience managing Intellectual Property Management Software or similar enterprise software implementations would be a plus
  • PMP or similar project management certifications preferred
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact diplomatically with law firm and corporate personnel at all levels
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of software architecture and technical infrastructure
  • Ability to identify problems early, analyze them, and implement effective solutions
  • Ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and make decisions under pressure
  • Strong client service orientation
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Fluency in a second European language would be a strong asset
