About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end management of Intellectual Property Management Systems (IPMS) implementation projects within scope, time, and budget
- Develop project plans covering schedules, resource allocation, and milestones
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and KPIs with stakeholders
- Maintain client relationships and communicate project status, risks, and adjustments
- Manage client expectations and resolve issues proactively
- Coordinate integration services, software developers, business analysts, and intellectual property specialists
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Coordinate end-user training sessions
- Oversee transition to support and post-implementation care
- Update senior management and stakeholders on project status, milestones, and challenges
- Maintain complete, accurate, and organized project documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in Project Management
- Proven experience managing end-to-end implementations in a software or technology environment
- Excellent understanding of project management methods, best practices, and techniques
- Experience with change management processes, especially in large-scale organizational transformations
- Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Asana preferred
- Experience managing Intellectual Property Management Software or similar enterprise software implementations would be a plus
- PMP or similar project management certifications preferred
- Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact diplomatically with law firm and corporate personnel at all levels
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of software architecture and technical infrastructure
- Ability to identify problems early, analyze them, and implement effective solutions
- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and make decisions under pressure
- Strong client service orientation
- Fluency in English is essential
- Fluency in a second European language would be a strong asset
