About the role
- With detective-like accuracy and attention to detail, you research and review our customers together with your team in accordance with the German Money Laundering Act (GwG).
- You ensure compliance with our internal compliance policies and prepare appropriate documentation for identified compliance risks.
- You regularly communicate identified compliance risks to your team and maintain ongoing coordination with your colleagues.
- You independently support our national and international customers in German and English via e-mail and, where necessary, by phone.
- You identify optimization potential and actively contribute suggestions for improvement.
Requirements
- You are enrolled at a university, ideally with a focus on economics/business administration or law.
- You have already gained initial experience through previous internships or working-student positions.
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as excellent communication skills come naturally to you.
- Very good MS Office skills and a strong affinity for working online are among your competencies.
- You are willing to take responsibility for tasks and processes in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
- You work independently while also integrating well into the team.
- Excellent German (C2) and English language skills complete your profile.
- Knowledge in the AML area is an advantage but not a requirement.
