About the role
- Responsible for onboarding new customers‘ full IP portfolio.
- Reboarding existing customers prior to using the Connect interface or after migrating to a new IPMS.
- Provides support to other operational teams by updating data in the PAVIS database.
- Validates new customer data accurately and thoroughly.
- Converts incoming data to the standard format of the PAVIS system.
- Actively supports new customers during the migration process.
- Implements or initiates software adjustments, tool enhancements, or interface developments based on technical expertise.
- Collaborates closely with various onboarding teams and external software engineers.
- Documents and reports internal processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience handling IP data.
- Intermediate technical knowledge of data manipulation and methodologies
- Ability to analyze and compare data, identify discrepancies or issues, and propose solutions
- Proficient in Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IP, IT, or a related field
