About the role
- Design and conduct statistical analyses and machine learning experiments using Azure ML
- Develop, validate, and optimize predictive models for business applications
- Perform advanced feature engineering and data preprocessing on large datasets
- Design and execute A/B tests and controlled experiments to measure model impact
- Build data pipelines and collaborate with AI engineers on model Productionisation
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of data science experience with a proven track record of model development
- Strong expertise in Python, machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and statistical analysis
- Experience with Azure ML, data processing tools (Spark, Databricks), and experiment design
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
