About the role
- Preparation of employment and interim references.
- Maintenance of data in the HR system as well as in analogue records.
- Support for payroll, particularly handling sick leave notifications and supporting working students.
- Assistance with onboarding new employees.
- Contributing to the professional handling of employee enquiries in day-to-day operations.
- Management and support of the time-tracking system HR Works.
- Providing support as needed across the general People & Culture area.
Requirements
- Enrolled student in (Business) Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable degree program.
- Initial practical experience in HR or office management is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a structured approach to daily tasks is essential.
- Confident use of common MS Office applications.
- Very good communication skills in German and English.
- Willingness and capability to work with modern AI solutions and to support digitalisation initiatives in the HR area.
