About the role
- Own the content strategy across Quest brand verticals
- Manage social media content creation, posting, and scheduling across Quest platforms.
- Lead storytelling development for client success stories, district and account highlights.
- Oversee the editorial calendar and content production timelines across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate closely with all Quest departments including Operations, Culinary, HR, and Business Development.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in content strategy, brand storytelling, or marketing communications.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel content programs and social media platforms.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex operational topics into engaging content.
- Experience collaborating cross functionally with operations, leadership, and subject matter experts.
- Data driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to evaluate performance.
- Proven success with photography and video-related projects for compelling content.
- Highly organized with exceptional project management skills.
- Experience in food service, hospitality, education, or mission driven organizations is a plus.
