About the role
- Support the execution of internal communication initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic objectives;
- Assist in developing organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives, including support for employee engagement surveys in partnership with HR;
- Support the production, editing, and organization of institutional content for internal channels, such as announcements, emails, newsletters, intranet, and internal social networks, including tracking engagement;
- Contribute to planning and operational support for internal corporate events, as well as organizing basic area information and metrics, under the guidance of leadership;
- Carry out operational and administrative tasks for the area, following instructions from the supervising manager.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related fields, from the 2nd semester onward;
- Availability: morning or afternoon shifts;
- Plus: Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing;
- Motivation to continuously learn and develop.
