Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience with email and WhatsApp strategies
Strong understanding of CRM concepts, operations, and metrics (email and WhatsApp) with a focus on acquisition
Expertise in audience segmentation and behavioral analysis
Ability to translate analytical and strategic inputs into implementations and operational performance improvements
Ability to develop and manage tests, communication flows/journeys, and multichannel CRM campaigns
Ability to organize, request and interpret data (campaigns and journeys)
Familiarity with applying Artificial Intelligence tools to CRM
Strong grasp of copywriting concepts and applications
Good understanding of deliverability best practices, domains and IPs
Excellent communication skills
Strong time management and prioritization
Knowledge of Google Analytics
Interest in the B2C market
Degree and/or specialization in Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration
Preferred / Nice to have:
Experience with ActiveCampaign
Experience with WhatsApp campaigns
Advanced Excel skills
